Q. Does What If Invest buy stocks or connect to a brokerage account?

A. No. What If Invest is a historical simulation tool only. It does not execute trades or connect to brokerage accounts.

Q. Why can results differ from brokerage or tax records?

A. Results are based on adjusted-close historical data and exclude taxes, brokerage fees, foreign exchange effects, inflation, and personal trading constraints.

Q. Do I need an account?

A. No account is required for the core simulator experience.
